Well I'm trying to fix my damn laptop it got a virus but I got rid of it and the only problem is it stopped me from running .exe files unless I run it as admin.

Safe mode, pretty much all operating systems have it(and you said exe, so I'm guessing you are running Windows)

I already fixed the .exe problem but the virus fucked up my windows defender.
