My dog has been shaking for the past week not because of the cold or anything which makes her teeth and jaw chatter which makes her teeth hurt which is making her not eat.

Are you sure it's not the cold? It could be arthritis, or maybe a breathing issue?

Possible Kidney failure, might have arthritis in her back, constipated, you can tell from looking at her she doesn't look good.

She's fine. Were giving her the medicine and injecting her with fluids supposed to go back in two weeks to see if it's helpnig her or not.

You need a new vet, just saying.
And my cat, we gave her medicine. As it looked like she was getting better, she died.

Technically when dogs are sick with kidney failure, they appear to get better even though they're not so don't judge it on that, take her back no matter what

We're not but we have to give it more then 2 days to take effect. We don't know if that's what she has yet.
